The way I think of these, is on division is multiplication by the reciprocal.
a divide by b is a*1/b
4/5 divided by 6/10 is 4/5 * 10/6 (=40/30=4/3)
here 1 4/7=11/7
11/7 divided by 4/10=11/7*10/4=110/28 which can be reduced.
