You are claiming someone else logged into his account and advertised, but let's not forget, we've made it crystal clear in multiple announcements: your account is your responsibility. Whatever happens on it, whether done by him or someone else, it falls on you. Blaming others won’t change the fact that the rules apply to the account owner. If you're sharing access, that's your choice, and the consequences are yours
