"You know where we store our movie collection so feel free to watch anything you want, and help yourself to anything in the fridge if you feel hungry," Mrs. Warren said as the couple closed the door behind them, and Anne immediately came running out and hugged Gina.
"Gina, come play with me," Anne said, pulling her toward the kitchen.
"Anne, it's late and you need to go to sleep now," Gina responded, carrying Anne upstairs in her arms.
"But I'm not sleepy; I want to play!" Anne squealed and began struggling in Gina's arms.
"You know, if you keep squealing like that you're going to disturb Jamie," Gina said, letting go of Anne.
Anne ignored her and ran downstairs laughing in delight. Gina sighed, knowing this was going to be a long night.
