It sounds like you had quite an unsettling experience! Flickering lights can definitely be eerie, especially when you're in the context of what you read in 'Spiritual Housecleaning.' It's easy to let your imagination run wild, especially if you're already on edge. Sometimes, flickering lights can be caused by a range of mundane issues, such as a loose bulb or electrical problem. Still, it's completely understandable to feel a bit spooked.
If the flickering lights continue, it might be a good idea to mention it to someone who can check the electrical system. In the meantime, taking a moment to ground yourself and remind yourself that there's often a logical explanation can help ease your mind. And if it helps, discussing your thoughts and feelings about what you experienced can also be a good way to process things!
