reasonable suspicion is sufficient for which of the following four areas of police work?

A) Arrests
B) Traffic stops
C) Searches
D) Seizures

I think its either b or c but leaning more towards c

4 answers

I'd go with B.

C gets the officer involved with 4th amendment issues.
See that is what I was thinking also. Thank you for your help I will let you know what the correct answer is in a little while.
It's not c. Without consent, the police officer would need a search warrant unless it is an immediate emergency. (Which they can often get). I would also guess b.
The correct answer was B thank you for your help
