find a polynomial for the perimeter and for the area m+2 on top and m on the right side?

x: m or the length
Y: m+2 or the width

i'm assuming this is a rectangle

perimeter=2x+2y
perimeter=2(m)+2(m+2)

therefore

2m+2m+2

perimeter=4m+2


as for area..

area=xy
area=m(m+2)

area=m^2+2m
