if i know the domain of an equation is any real number except 3/7 how can i express it in interval notation?

In set notation, it is
{ℝ\ (3/7)}
In interval notation, you would need to combine the sets of ℝ below and above (3/7) using the union operator (∪):
]-∞,3/7[ ∪ ]3/7,∞[, or
(-∞,3/7) ∪ (3/7,∞)
depending on the interval notation you use.
