    I managed to view your picture of the circuit at the internet address you provided. What you need to do is use Kirchhoff's circuit laws and Ohm's law to compute the separate currents in the two loops of the circuit, I1 (at the top) and I2 (at the bottom). In one common branch of the circuit, the current is I1-I2. 
Using Kirchhoff's voltage law twice will let you solve for I1 and I2. Once you have that, voltages at different parts of the circuit are easily calculated.

    I get the two following circuit equations using your figure:
22*I1 + 8 + 14*(I1-I2)-12 = 0
14*(I2-I1) +12 +12*I2 +18 = 0
Simplify to
36*I1 -14*I2 = 4
and
-14*I1 + 26*I2 = 30
Check my numbers and proceed to solve for I1 and I2. it has been a long time since I have done this kind of problem
