Design Your Own Country: Skibidi Land
Size: Skibidi Land will be larger than many countries, making it a spacious and resource-rich nation. This size allows for extensive arable land, which is essential for agriculture and food production. More land means the potential for various crops, leading to a self-sustaining economy. However, the large size also presents some challenges, such as the potential difficulty in travel and communication within the country. To mitigate these issues, transportation costs will be kept low, making it easier for people and goods to move around. This balance between size and accessibility will promote development and attract trade, making Skibidi Land a thriving nation.
Shape: Skibidi Land will have a long, narrow shape stretching from the northern to the southern parts of the country. This design provides access to a variety of geographical features, including mountains, rivers, and forests. I chose this shape to include the Amazon rainforest, which offers not only biodiversity but also valuable natural resources. The long borders will give us access to coastal areas, facilitating trade and transportation by sea. Overall, this shape enhances our connections to different environments and resources, making Skibidi Land versatile and economically robust.
Location: Skibidi Land is located on the right side of South America, a region abundant in resources such as minerals, fertile land, and a rich ecosystem. Being in South America allows us to take advantage of trade routes with neighboring countries, which can enhance our economy and cultural exchange. The surrounding states will influence our nation's growth positively through cooperative agreements and partnerships. Additionally, proximity to the ocean provides access to fishing resources and international trade. This ideal location is beneficial for attracting tourists, businesses, and new residents, which will contribute to our flourishing economy in Skibidi Land.
