Participative leadership is in my opinion what Professor Hill conveys in her message. I do not think that Professor Hill implies that leaders must delegate leadership but rather share and involve others to participate in the leadership process.

can some one share there opinion on this ?

I went to YouTube and viewed Harvard Professor Linda Hill's interview with Harvard Editor Richard Hemp.
