How does the geography of Afghanistan affect its population distribution? ( Answer must be 2-3 Sentence and make this sound like a 6th grader)

Afghanistan has a lot of mountains and rough land, which makes it hard for people to live in some areas. Most people live in the valleys and plain areas where it's easier to grow food and build houses. Because of the tough geography, some places are very crowded, while others are almost empty!
