In 2021, our community was significantly affected by severe flooding due to heavy rainfall, which damaged homes and disrupted local infrastructure. We organized volunteer efforts for emergency relief, providing food and shelter for displaced families while collaborating with local organizations to aid in recovery and rebuilding efforts. This experience strengthened our community bonds and highlighted the importance of preparedness for future climate events.
