X = 1st. number, 3X = 2Nd number.
3X*X = 9 18/25
3X^2 = 9 18/25 = 243/25
X^2 = 243/75 = 81/25
X = sqrt(81/25) = 9/5 = 1 4/5 = 1st number
3X = 3 * 9/5 = 27/5 = 5 2/5 = 2Nd
number.
