Question

What is shared vision? And why is an shared vision important to an organization? This is what I have so far: shared vision according to Robin & Associates (1997-2010),"is a vehicle for building shared meaning," (para.1). But is that it? And then why is it important to an organization?

A shared vision is a goal and a hope for an organization. Everyone shares this goal and hope and work together to achieve it.
