I need to create a multiculture lesson plan, I was thinking that I would try and do one during the christmas season with students that celebrate christmas and those that don't also having a students of different ethnic background and the different ways that they celebrate

That's a good idea, so long as you include customs of people who do not celebrate any holidays during the last couple weeks of the year.
