Consider the relationship between y=f(x) and y=f(x+k)

A. What is this type of function transformation called?
make it simple and like a kid wrote it

The relationship between \( y = f(x) \) and \( y = f(x + k) \) is called a horizontal shift. This means the whole graph of the function moves left or right when you add or subtract a number (k) inside the function. If \( k \) is positive, it moves to the left, and if \( k \) is negative, it moves to the right!
