y = cot (1/2)(Ø-π/2) - 5
let Ø = π
y = cot π/4 - 5 = -4.5 -----> (π, -4.5)
let Ø = π/3
y = cot (-π/6) - 5 = -√3 - 5 --- > (π/3 , -√3-5)
(it would be silly to use degrees here)
let Ø = π
