did you notice that the order of x and y is backwards in the second?
leave the first alone, multiply the second by 2 and rearrange
4x - 9y = 6.5
-4x + 14y = -9
add them
5y = -2.5
y = -0.5
etc
Solve using elimination.......answers must be in ordered pair form....(this is the last one I am confused on)
4x-9y=6.5
7y-2x=-4.5
