Reflecting on this unit, I found the topics related to cellular biology particularly fascinating, especially the intricacies of cell structure and function. It was intriguing to learn how different organelles contribute to the overall health and efficiency of a cell. However, I struggled with understanding the biochemical processes involved in cellular respiration and photosynthesis. To overcome this challenge, engaging in hands-on activities, like building models of the processes, helped solidify my understanding and visualize the complex interactions taking place. I believe I still need more practice with drawing and labeling diagrams of these processes to enhance my retention of the material. As I prepare for the upcoming assessment, I’d like to ask how we can effectively apply these scientific concepts to real-world situations, as this could deepen my comprehension and appreciation of the subject matter.
Write a reflection about your learning in this unit. Your reflection should be at least five sentences in length. Use the following questions as a guide:
What topics did you find most interesting in this unit?
What skills or concepts were hard for you?
What strategies or activities helped you to better understand a concept?
What do you think you may need more practice with?
What questions would you like to ask now that you have a better understanding of what you will find on the assessment?
this for science by the way
