The radius is 7 feet = 2.33 yards
Circle Area = pi * r^2
A = 3.14 * 2.33 * 2.33
A = 17.0467
Half of that is 8.52 square yards.

The widest point=14ft.=4.7yds.=diameter
A=(pi)r^2/2=3.14(2.35)^2/2=8.67 sq yds.
