This one is tricky to me
Even if they are listed in the Constitution, the rights of the American people _____.
=are all listed again in the Bill of Rights
must be enforced by the government in order for people to actually exercise them
are all unenumerated
are abridged by the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment

The Bill of Rights is considered part of the Constitution. It is contained in amendments to the Constitution.
I think the best answer is the second one. We have many incidents through history that the federal government had to step in to enforce people's rights-- especially African-Americans civil rights.
