In my career so far most of my training and achievements are documented in a hard copy training folder. In my previous career I have been an instructor and evaluator. This has several certifications associated with it. I have also learned how to formally create training course ware. These documents along with some examples of the products I created would be excellent to add to an ePortfolio. On some occasions I have even contributed to governing regulations.
