you change pressure by a factor of 6 (760torr is one atm).
volume increases by a factor of six.
V1P1=V2P2
V2=V1(P1/P2)=4L*6/1
volume increases by a factor of six.
V1P1=V2P2
V2=V1(P1/P2)=4L*6/1
