Where do I get the variable from? Where does NaOH come from?

First off, I wrote NaOH instead of KOH.
mL KOH = 26.54
M KOH = 0.0100
mL HCl = 25.00
M HCl = ??
mL KOH = 26.54
M KOH = 0.0100
mL HCl = 25.00
M HCl = ??
