Fourteen-year-old Najiah Knight is one of the best young bull riders in the world. In 2020, she was ranked number seven. But she wants to be number one! She trains hard. It takes an astonishing amount of strength to stay on a bucking bull. So Najiah works out every day. She does exercises that build her muscles.
