What is the meaning of the following lines said in the book or play Macbeth?

As whence the sun 'gins his reflection
Shipwracking storms and direful thunders break,So from that spring whence comfort seemed to come
Discomfort swells.
It was said by sergant in Act 1, scene 2 line 25.
