a) The rule for the sequence is that we add 4 to the last number to get the next one. The common difference is 4.

b) To find the next two terms, we add 4 to 19.

19 + 4 = 23 (first next term)
23 + 4 = 27 (second next term)

So, the next two terms are 23 and 27.
