Question

Im gon create a game on gimkit where players select an aresenal of weapons fform a list and fight it out on a map until the time runs out, and the player with most knockouts win. Im thinking of adding 'seasons' that last from the start of a month to the end of a month, and adding 'events' for certain days out of the year, etc. the game is a type of io-like 2D game type called 'top-down' because its not quite from a top view like most io games. Most gimkit games are either top-down or platformers, kinda like what mario is. my game mode is gon be a top-down mode. here are some of the things id like to add
Purchasable upgrades: Upgrades players can purchase in-math that increases things such as speed, health, etc.
Modifiers - added elements that makes the game harder
Event maps - alongside with a default map, each season and event will have its own special limited edition map
Thats all i can think of RN but i might come up with more later

what are some events i could do? since this game is in gimkit, players skin's are determined by thier 'gim' (gimkit avatar) and weapons are whatever gadgets are featured in gimkit creative, the platform i use to build the games, so im really restricted to whatever 'gadgets' are provided. also, players can only jump in platformer game,s and players cannot do things such as 'roll' or such. its complicated, because its like your creating a video game inside a larger video game, because gimkit is this large educational gaming platform.

so basically, i cannot add in-game skins for players to use for avatars, because gimkit is a large gaming site, so whatever your 'gim' is during that time, it will be your avatar in my game, etc., nor can i do this for 'gadgets' which arwe basically weapons. basically, events and seasons are just times where special maps, modifiers, and such are added, and removed after the event ends.

all i want you to do is give me some names, al lthe possible 'events' and do not tell me WHAT these events contain except for the maps that occur during this event. the rest is up to me so just give me some game idea names, and some event ideas , such as holdiays like St Patricks and 4th of July, etc.

also, give me some ideas for a 'defualt' map - a map that only recieves upgrades eveyr now and then, but other than that remains the same. this is a natural map that players can play on to practice and such.

rewrite this formally pls

I am in the process of creating a game on Gimkit that revolves around players selecting an arsenal of weapons from a provided list and engaging in combat on a map until the time limit expires. The player with the highest number of knockouts at the end of the match will be declared the winner. I am considering implementing 'seasons' that span from the beginning to the end of each month, as well as 'events' to commemorate specific days throughout the year. The game will feature a top-down view, aligning it with the io-like 2D game genre.

Some key features I plan to incorporate include:

1. **Purchasable Upgrades**: Players will be able to purchase upgrades during the match that enhance attributes such as speed and health.
2. **Modifiers**: These will introduce additional challenges to increase the difficulty of the game.
3. **Event Maps**: In addition to a default map, each season and event will have its own unique, limited-edition map.

I would like to brainstorm ideas for events, taking into account that player avatars, known as 'gims,' are determined by their Gimkit avatars and the weapons available are limited to the gadgets provided within the Gimkit Creative platform. Furthermore, players are restricted to jumping in platformer games and cannot perform actions such as rolling.

Below is a list of potential event names and ideas, including holiday-themed events:

### Event Ideas
1. New Year’s Bash
2. Valentine's Day Duel
3. St. Patrick’s Day Showdown
4. Spring Festival
5. Independence Day Celebration
6. Halloween Fright Fest
7. Thanksgiving Throwdown
8. Winter Wonderland Event
9. Lunar New Year Challenge
10. Earth Day Adventure

### Default Map Concept
The default map will serve as a natural environment where players can practice their skills. It should feature a balanced layout with various terrain elements, such as open spaces for combat and obstacles for strategic positioning. This map will receive occasional upgrades, but its core design will remain consistent to facilitate player practice and familiarization.

I look forward to further developing these concepts as I progress with the game design. Thank you for your assistance.
