i don't get how to do slope i know the equation but it never comes out right...do you have any advice to help me b/c i ask some people and they don't get it either and we have a test tomorrow?

CAn you give us a specific example?

Well slope is very simple.All you have to do is use this formula:y2-y1/x2-x1!If you need anything else just tell me and I will be able to help you!Good Luck on your test.Please reply,also please try to help me!!

Slope is rise over run, or change in y values over change in x values. If you have two points
p=(x1,y1) and q=(x2,y2)
then the slope is m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
When you graph a line the solpe is the measure of how the changes in elevation as you move along it.
If you have a specific problem you want help with, or an example you want worked out then post it.
