1. Describe the positive and negative results of stereotyping in the work place. For instance, a stereotype is that East Asians are very smart and hard workers. Does this encourage Asians or does it discourage those who may be more ordinary?

2. Describe the results of employee happiness. Does it help productivity?

i got one, but im not really sure
"women works better with men than women" because that way there is less fight and competition.

That's one stereotype. I gave you another example. How about --

xxx ethnic group is lazy
blondes are ditzy
older workers are slower than younger ones
young people don't have good work ethics
