Thanks I have one last question to make it short, I was in nirvana for over a year straight ,I get in one argument and bam I'm out of nirvanna, how do I get back in ? I did not meditate to get in so how did it happen ? I did surrender to god just before it happened but was not meditating , help I need back in ! Ty
