3x2 + 6x + 3 = 0 ? what does x equal?

and how do you factor this?
4ab + 2a + 6b + 3

x^2 = x squared online.

3x^2 + 6x + 3 = 0

(3x + 3)(x +1) = 0

4ab + 2a + 6b + 3

2a(2b + 1) + 3(2b + 1)
