Angelo says, "I want to open the window while we work in here." Bruce says, "I want to keep the window closed." Jenna then asks Angelo, "Will you be satisfied if we have the window open?" Jenna is:
buying time with limited agreement.
offering an acknowledgment response.
paraphrasing what Bruce has said.
trying to get beyond the presenting problem.

It seems to me that A would be right

I don't see any limited agreement in A ... unless you have a different idea of what "limited agreement" is.
It's the opposite of C, so that's out.
It has nothing to do with D, so that's out, too.
It has to be B -- do you see why?

Jenna is rephrasing Angelo's statement, which would be an acknowledgment.
