Question

Write me a fanfiction with this prompt All Might, in his skinny form, found a sixteen year old Izuku one day while outgoing to get groceries. He could tell from the ragged looking clothes on Izuku that he was homeless and offered to get him some food. All Might had then spent six months helping out him before he offered to take him in and adopt him. That was nine months ago and All Might and Izuku are preparing for U.A university as All Might needs to prepare to be a teacher and Izuku needs to prepare for the entrance exam when they are attached by three people.

All Might is shocked when he sees Izuku transform his fingers into knives, since he thought that Izuku's quirk gave him sharper senses, and kill all three of the people before more showed up and they ran away. That was when Izuku revealed that when he was younger, he was kidnapped by a group of assassins who trained him to be a future member after they killed his mother in front of him. He then continues on to explain that he calls his quirk predator and that it allows Izuku to gain the quirk of whoever he kills. He explained that he can choose whether he obtains the quirk or not and that he can only obtain emitter and transformation quirks.

Edit: I forgot to mention that Izuku later on escaped the assassin group and managed to kill everyone who was there. However, there were a few people who were not there and now want Izuku dead.

**Title: Shadows of the Past**

The sun dipped low over Musutafu, casting long shadows across the busy streets. People bustled about, lost in their daily routines, unaware of the simmering menace lurking just beneath the surface. All Might, in his slim form, strolled through the market, a bagel under one arm and a small box of pastries in the other. He relished the everyday normalcy that came with shopping, a brief escape from his responsibilities. But his routine had shifted dramatically when he found Izuku Midoriya, a kid who was anything but ordinary.

Izuku had been a raw nerve of despair when All Might first encountered him — a sixteen-year-old with ragged clothes, dirt-smudged skin, and eyes that flickered with more fear than hope. After the first day, the hero had made it his mission to help. Six months of sharing meals, laughter, and stories followed, and now their lives were tightly woven together. They were preparing for U.A. University — All Might to transition into a teaching role, and Izuku for the entrance exam.

As they sat together on a park bench, gazing at the horizon, All Might's expression shifted subtly as he sensed something off. He leaned closer to Izuku, who was distracted, lost in thought.

“Deku, are you ready for the entrance exam?” All Might asked, trying to lighten the mood.

“I think so,” Izuku murmured half-heartedly. “Just a bit nervous, you know?”

“Nothing to fear! You are destined for greatness,” All Might replied, chuckling, his voice bright and reassuring. The warmth of their bond had transformed Izuku’s timid spirit into something resilient, but shadows still lingered in the corners of his soul.

In that moment, an ominous rustling interrupted them. All Might’s instincts kicked in. He scanned their surroundings, and the hairs on the back of his neck stood up. Three figures emerged from the shadows, their intentions clear as they stalked towards the pair. Before All Might could react, he felt Izuku tense beside him.

“Stay back,” Izuku whispered, his voice trembling with a combination of fear and determination.

All Might stepped forward protectively, but the boy caught him off guard. Izuku’s expression morphed into something fierce, his eyes narrowing with a predatory glare that sent chills down All Might’s spine. As he instinctively raised his arms, Izuku thrust out his hand, and with a sickening sound akin to slicing through flesh, his fingers elongated into sharp, glinting blades.

“Wha—! Izuku!” All Might gasped, witnessing a transformation he never fathomed possible.

Then, before All Might could process, Izuku lunged, swift as the wind. He struck like lightning, the thugs crumpling to the ground in a cacophony of violence and shock. Each slice echoed through the park, painting a vivid contrast between the calm day and the gruesome display of power unleashed by the boy he thought he knew.

In the chaos, All Might’s heart raced, disbelief and horror battling within. He barely registered the bodies bleeding on the ground before Izuku stepped back, breathing heavily, shadows of anguish flickering across his face.

“Deku, what just happened?” All Might managed, his voice shaking.

Izuku’s eyes were wide, reflecting a depth of pain and burden. “I… I thought you knew,” he said, tears brimming. “My quirk… it’s called ‘Predator.’ When I was kidnapped... I was trained to become an assassin.”

The words tore through All Might as he stood frozen, grappling with the revelation. “What do you mean?”

“I escaped, All Might. But not before they… they killed my mother. I had to fight for my life, and now… now I can gain the quirks of those I kill.” His voice wavered, the weight of his admission crashing down like a tidal wave. “I didn’t want you to find out this way. I can choose which quirk to keep — only emitter and transformation quirks. That’s why I had to…”

Izuku’s voice cracked as the reality of his past unfurled. “I had to kill them. To survive. I thought I was safe… until they sent people after me.”

All Might’s heart broke, the boy he had come to care for caught in a cycle of violence he could never truly escape. "Deku, you don’t have to fight this alone. I’m here for you."

But the look in Izuku’s eyes — a mixture of fear and determination — signaled the truth: “They want me dead because I escaped. All those years of training led to this, and they won’t stop until I’m gone.”

Before All Might could respond, a flicker of movement caught his eye. More figures emerged from the shadows, reinforcements for the fallen three. He clenched his fists, preparing for battle, but it was Izuku who stepped forward, resolute.

“Not this time,” he declared, his voice steady.

The park transformed, a field of chaos where shadows danced among the trees, the threat tangible and real. As Izuku prepared to defend the home they had built together, All Might felt an overwhelming sense of pride mixed with fear. He couldn’t shield Izuku from his past, but together, they would confront the demons lurking in the dark.

“Let’s do this, together,” All Might said, determination surging within him. The bond they shared wouldn’t allow them to falter. As they faced the oncoming threat, All Might realized that no matter the danger ahead, they would emerge from the darkness together, stronger than ever.

With a final nod, Izuku’s eyes ignited with an ember of hope. “Together,” he whispered, and for the first time, it felt as though the shadows were beginning to lift.
