Poem 1: Drift Cars (Free Verse)
Tires scream on asphalt,
spinning clouds of smoke,
a dance of rubber and speed,
where skill meets the thrill.
Engines roar, a symphony,
as I glide through corners,
sliding sideways, heart racing,
the world blurs past in colors,
red, blue, and bright neon flash.
The sun sets low, casting shadows,
underneath flickering street lights,
with friends cheering, laughing,
we chase freedom, chasing the night.
Each drift, a moment held tight,
the rush of wind, the scent of fuel,
in this car, I find my voice,
in this metal beast, I'm alive.
Poem 2: The Dodge Challenger SRT Demon (Haiku)
Muscle car power,
Roaring down the open road,
Demon in my soul.
All black, fierce and fast,
Speed demons all gather round,
Heart races, wheels spin.
Dreams of asphalt dreams,
With the wind and freedom's call,
Challenger, my thrill.
