On a thesis does the running head (title) appear on each page through out the paper? If so, do you type it in each time? The title I'm using is "Roots of Civilizations: A Comparative Analysis of the Olmec, Maya, and Aztec Cultures ". How does this fit in the header? Can I use the full title on tile page ? Please show me style APA how do I center title ? Do I use goggle docs or kami to write my paper
