If you start with 15mL of HCI, add a couple drops of methyl red and a couple drops of phenolphthalein, what would you expect to happen as you add 10mL of NaOh?

I doubt you would see any change at all, assuming the concn of the HCl and NaOH were equal. It would start red and stay red.
