No, you have to take the difference in the y's and the x's , you added them, (and made a mistake in doing so)
slope = (-2 - (-2))/ 4-3) = 0/1 = 0
slope = (-2 - (-2))/ 4-3) = 0/1 = 0

for (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) the slope = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
