Im still confused about how you got from x=4 to (4, -8)?
First - graph it !!!
If x = 4
(4-4)^2 + (y+3)^2 = 25
0 + (y+3)^2 = 25
y+3 = 5 or -5
y = 2 or y = -8
If x = 4
(4-4)^2 + (y+3)^2 = 25
0 + (y+3)^2 = 25
y+3 = 5 or -5
y = 2 or y = -8
