(x-4)^2 + (y+3)^2 = 25
If x = 4, y = -3 +/- 5
so
(4,-8) or (4,2)
now tell me two more where y = -3

First - graph it !!!

If x = 4
(4-4)^2 + (y+3)^2 = 25
0 + (y+3)^2 = 25
y+3 = 5 or -5
y = 2 or y = -8
