Formula given: H=7+70t-16tsquared. Ball kicked straight up from a height of 7 feet. Ball travels 70 feet per second. How high is the ball after 3 seconds (t)?

Plug in 3.0 for t in your H vs. t equation. You should not have a problem doing that.

The equation you are given already takes into account the speed and direction that the ball was kicked, and the acceleration of gravity. All you have to do is substitute 3 for t and "turn the crank".
