it dosent say on the worksheet, it says
g(x)=16x^4+8x^3+17x^2+8x+1
g(x)=16x^4+8x^3+17x^2+8x+1

(4 x+1)^2 (x^2+1) is the simplified version
and x=-1/4
and x=+i and x=-i
and x=-1/4
and x=+i and x=-i
