Direct Contracting: Entering into a direct contract with NexRep means you will sign an Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) with NexRep alone, the terms of your contract will be set forth solely by the ICA with NexRep, and you will not be entering into a contract with any third party, nor will you be accountable to any third party regarding the services you provide under the ICA with NexRep.

Subcontracting: Subcontracting with NexRep under a third party means you will sign an Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) with a third party in addition to NexRep, the terms of your contract will be set forth by both the ICA with a third party and the ICA with NexRep, and/or you will be accountable to a third party, in addition to NexRep, regarding the services you provide under the ICA with NexRep.
