3/(y+2) / (7/y-4))
= 3/(y+2) * (y-4)/7
= (3y-12)/(7y+14) or
3(y-4)/[7(y+2)]
= 3/(y+2) * (y-4)/7
= (3y-12)/(7y+14) or
3(y-4)/[7(y+2)]
