Question

An electron travels at a speed of 0.700c. What is its kinetic and total energy? I got, but this is not right.
K , E =3.27×10−14,1.14×10−13 J

Total energy = Me*c^2/sqrt[1 - (0.7)^2]
= 1.4003 Me c^2
kinetic energy = Total energy - Me*c^2
= 0.4003 Me c^2

Me is the electron mass, and
Me*c^2 = 8.19*10^-14 J

Where Me = electron mass

I agree with your numbers
