2x = 3y
y = 2x + 4

Not sure on the first one, but on the second one I am 100% sure.
If y=2x +4 then this would be your table of values:
x y
0 4
1 6
2 8
3 10
4 12
Then to graph the coordinates, you would start with the first row and put (0,4) on the graph. Then (1,6) and so on.
Once you have got all the points on your grid, label them and use a ruler to connect them. If you are right on the graphing, the line should be straight.
