You know that CH3OH does not ionize in water.

so would there be an equation?

I suppose one could make an equation out of it but all you need to know is that CH3OH (methyl alcohol but the new name is methanol). If it doesn't ionize it means there are no ions in the solution. That should tell you the answer.

so if theres no ions answer would be ch3oh and h20

My answer would be (c) but let me point out that ch3oh and CH3OH are NOT the same. It should be CH3OH but it is difficult (and time consuming) to write subscripts on this board.

Yeah, it's definitely (c).
