Hi! I chose a project to clean up litter in our park. It was kind of hard to organize because I needed more volunteers and supplies than I expected. I also had trouble finding the right time for everyone to meet.

I do think I helped solve a problem in my community by picking up trash. It made the park look nicer and encouraged others to take care of it, too. If I couldn’t do the project, I still believe spreading awareness could help some people think about cleaning up more often.

homelessness

Hi! I chose to focus on homelessness for my service project. It was really difficult to set up because I didn’t know how to reach out to homeless people or get enough donations to help them. I also faced challenges getting my classmates involved and motivated.

I do feel I helped a bit with the problem of homelessness by organizing a collection of food and supplies. Even though I couldn’t do everything I wanted, every little bit made a difference for those in need. If I couldn’t carry out the project, I think sharing information about homelessness could still raise awareness and encourage others to help.

a liitle bit more detailed

Sure! For my service project, I decided to focus on homelessness in our community. It was really difficult to set everything up because I wasn’t sure how to connect with people who are homeless or where to gather enough donations like food, clothes, and hygiene products. I also found it challenging to get my classmates excited and involved, as they were busy with schoolwork and other activities.

I do feel like I made a positive impact on the issue of homelessness by organizing a collection of food and supplies. Even though I faced some obstacles, we were able to gather a decent amount of items, which would help those in need feel a little more supported. If I hadn't been able to carry out the project, I still think I could have raised awareness by sharing information about homelessness in our school and encouraging others to think about ways they could help.

ok! but for this one " For my service project, I decided to focus on homelessness in our community. It was really difficult to set everything up because I wasn’t sure how to connect with people who are homeless or where to gather enough donations like food, clothes, and hygiene products. I also found it challenging to get my classmates excited and involved, as they were busy with schoolwork and other activities." it says "(If you couldn't implement the service project, tell why or why not you think it would be difficult.)"

Got it! Here’s a revised response incorporating that requirement:

For my service project, I wanted to focus on homelessness in our community. I think it would have been difficult to implement because I wasn’t sure how to connect with people who are homeless or where to find enough donations like food, clothes, and hygiene products. I also worried that it would be hard to get my classmates excited and involved since they are all busy with schoolwork and other activities.

I do feel like I could have helped with the problem of homelessness by organizing a collection of food and supplies. Even though I didn’t get to carry out my project, I believe that every little bit would still make a difference for those in need. If I couldn’t implement the project, I think raising awareness about homelessness at school could encourage others to think about helping in their own ways.
