Agreement Overview:
This Deer Hunting Liability Waiver and Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of the date signed below, by and between the undersigned hunters and the landowner. The undersigned hunters acknowledge the understanding and acceptance of the terms set forth in this Agreement, including the inherent risks associated with deer hunting activities.
Assumption of Risk:
By signing below, the hunters acknowledge and accept that hunting is an inherently dangerous activity that includes the risk of serious injury or death, and they freely assume all risks associated with hunting on the property noted above.
Release of Liability:
The hunters agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the landowner, their agents, employees, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise out of or relate to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur while hunting on the property.
Acknowledgment of Regulations:
The hunters agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations concerning hunting in the state of Florida, including but not limited to obtaining the appropriate licenses and permits. Each hunter must present their hunting license upon signing this agreement.
