IN CONSIDERATION of being granted permission to enter upon and hunt on the above-mentioned property, the Hunter agrees to the following terms:

1. WARNING OF HUNTING ACTIVITIES: The Hunter understands that hunting is an inherently dangerous activity and may result in serious bodily injury or death. The Hunter acknowledges that he/she has voluntarily chosen to engage in hunting activities on the property of the Landowner and accepts full responsibility for any risks involved.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: The Hunter assumes all risks associated with hunting on the Landowner’s property, including but not limited to, risks of injury caused by firearms, other hunters, wildlife, and unsafe conditions on the property.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The Hunter, on behalf of himself/herself, his/her heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Landowner and his/her representatives for any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action that pertain to any injury or damage, including death, arising out of or in connection with the Hunter’s participation in hunting activities on the Landowner's property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. INDEMNIFICATION: The Hunter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Landowner from any and all claims, actions, damages, or losses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from or relate to the Hunter's use of the property or hunting activities, whether caused by the negligence of the Landowner or otherwise.

5. AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW RULES: The Hunter agrees to adhere to all safety rules and regulations established by the Landowner, as well as all federal, state, and local hunting regulations. The Hunter further agrees to respect the property, wildlife, and other persons while engaged in hunting activities.

6. NO TRANSFER OF RIGHTS: This agreement may not be assigned, transferred, or otherwise conveyed in any form to a third party without the prior written consent of the Landowner.

7. GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, including Calhoun County.

8. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this agreement will remain in full force and effect.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements, negotiations, or understandings.
