In Photoshop, the best tool to rid an image of a particular area on a rasterized layer is the Healing Tool. The Healing Brush or Spot Healing Brush can be used to remove unwanted areas while blending them with the surrounding pixels for a seamless appearance.
However, the Content-Aware Fill feature is also very effective for removing areas and filling them in based on the surrounding content. If the intent is to specifically remove a section and replace it intelligently, Content-Aware Fill would be another strong option.
So, while the Healing Tool is great for touch-ups and blemishes, for a larger area removal, consider using Content-Aware Fill, which isn't listed in your options but is a key feature in Photoshop for this purpose.
